'The River Runs Through It' 'The River Runs Through It' is a tourism promotional organization that is made up of five counties (Benton, Stewart, Humphreys, Houston, Henry) that lie along the shores of TN's KY Lake. These counties have joined together to promote the various attractions and activities that exist within their area.
